SEE THE SITE · PROVE THE PROGRESS

AQP Construction™

See the site any time. Have an image for every milestone.

AQP Construction™ places high-resolution cameras on the site, captures images continuously and assembles them into a dated image log and time-lapse progress video. Owners, project managers and contractors all look at the same site from a browser or phone, and keep a photographic record to fall back on at handover or in a dispute.

AQP Construction™ — See the site any time. Have an image for every milestone.

Owners, project management teams and contractors who need to follow a site continuously without being there, and who need a photographic record at handover, at payment stages, or when a claim arises.

If you recognise yourself in the description below, this is the right solution to look at.

01

Progress arrives as scattered photos and one report per party, with nothing to reconcile them against

02

Executives and owners travel between sites just to understand where the work stands

03

At handover or when a claim arises, there is no photographic evidence of what happened and when

04

Safety breaches and delays surface only once they have already hit the schedule

05

Sites without mains power or reliable internet cannot keep ordinary cameras running

06

Site imagery is sensitive, yet access is hard to divide between the parties involved

03 · What you get

What you get

These are the concrete changes in day-to-day work once the system is running.

01

Progress meetings run on actual images instead of one number per party

02

A dated photographic record to reconcile against at handover or in a claim

03

Fewer trips between sites for the management team

04

Delays and safety breaches surface while there is still time to act

05

Every party sees the same site, so there is less argument over responsibility

06

Cameras keep recording on sites without mains power or fixed internet

04 · What gets installed

What gets installed and used

All of it is configured by us around your existing setup before handover.

01

Site cameras

High-resolution cameras in weather- and dust-proof housings, mounted on poles or structures to cover the whole working area. Fixed, PTZ, wide-angle, 4G/LTE, or solar-powered options according to site conditions.

02

Dated image log

Images are captured on a configured interval and stored against their timestamp, so any day of the project can be reopened.

03

Time-lapse progress video

Images are assembled into time-lapse by day, week, month, milestone, or the whole project — for progress meetings, owner reporting, handover files, and communications.

04

Compare & see what changed

Put yesterday against today, last week against this week, or a milestone against current condition, to see exactly what was completed in between.

05

AI PPE detection

Detect workers without a hard hat, without a hi-vis vest, or without a harness when working at height — only inside the zones and shift hours you configure. Every violation carries a timestamped snapshot, reaches the HSE team, and rolls up into a compliance rate by day, by crew, and by contractor.

06

Restricted areas & zone monitoring

Alert on people entering restricted areas, working near open edges or shafts, count people in a zone, and watch the site boundary out of hours — within the agreed scope, through AQP Vision™ Platform.

07

Site access & gate monitoring

Record vehicle entry and exit, recognise number plates, and follow material deliveries and gate activity. An add-on, configured per project.

08

Stakeholder sharing

Owner, project management, contractor, supervision consultant, and designer each get their own account within a granted scope, plus shareable links and scheduled reports.

09

Project software integration

Push imagery and events into the workflow you already use over REST API, webhooks, scheduled image export, or file synchronisation, rather than creating another standalone system.

CONSTRUCTION SITE CAMERAS
01

Residential & high-rise

Track progress floor by floor and keep a photographic record for each handover and payment stage.

02

Infrastructure & transport

Cover a long alignment with several camera points and roll progress up into one project.

03

Plants & industrial parks

Record structural and equipment installation, and the handover of each area to the owner.

04

Investigation & dispute support

Reopen the site at a specific moment for incident investigation, material verification, delay analysis, and claims files.

05

Site safety management

Check PPE, barriers and restricted areas without standing on site; AI events are created, notified, and reviewed as a workflow, with a compliance-rate report so the reminder reaches the right crew and the right contractor.

06

Project reporting & communications

Use time-lapse and progress imagery for board reporting, tenders, project milestones and communications.

FROM A REAL DEPLOYMENT

The camera on an actual site

Photographs from an AQP Construction™ installation: the camera unit assembled before it goes up, the finished pole mount, the live view an engineer opens on a phone at the site, and what the camera itself sees once AI detection is running.

Photographs from a live customer deployment, published with permission. What each camera can resolve depends on its mounting position, distance to the work face and the sightline agreed during the site survey.

AQP CONSTRUCTION SERVICE PACKAGES

Three commercial models for one construction project

Equipment on a construction site has a different life cycle from equipment in a plant, so AQP lets you choose between buying, subscribing per project, or renting for the duration of the works.

01

Purchase

The business buys the hardware, the software licence, the installation, and a support package. Suits an organisation that wants to own the units and reuse them across future projects.

02

Project Subscription

Pay per camera per month or per project per month, covering the camera, installation, 4G, cloud or server access, recording, time-lapse, maintenance, and technical support.

03

Project Rental

AQP owns the equipment and you rent it for the life of the project. At the end it is removed, refurbished, and moved to the next project — which keeps CAPEX off your side.

04

Site survey

Every option starts with a survey: mounting position, sightline, coverage, power arrangement, and 4G signal quality on site. This step is free of charge.

06 · Service packages

Service packages

AQP Construction™ is sold per camera per month. If the site already has suitable cameras, you only need the platform — from 99,000₫ per camera per month. For a complete service that includes the camera, 4G gateway, SIM, cloud, timelapse, and maintenance, pricing starts at 1,290,000₫ per camera per month, plus solar and whichever AI modules the site needs. On-site materials and installation depend on pole height, power, and signal quality, so they are quoted separately after a survey — and the survey is free.

Construction Essential

One camera on one site: live view, 4G connectivity, scheduled images, basic recording, a dated image log, and device monitoring.

Construction Professional

Essential plus full recording, automated time-lapse by phase, a project timeline, an incident archive, multi-user access, and AI safety events: PPE and restricted areas.

Construction Portfolio

Many projects under one account, scheduled progress reporting, stakeholder sharing, and access by organisation.

Construction Enterprise

Multiple cameras, multi-project management, API integration with project management systems, custom dashboards, and contracted support levels.

Image coverage, capture interval, power arrangement, connectivity quality and the feasibility of AI alerts are confirmed during the site survey. AI alerts depend on image quality, mounting angle and the scope agreed for the project. PPE detection in particular needs a camera placed close enough to the work face: hard hats and hi-vis vests detect more accurately than harnesses, which are frequently occluded — the expected accuracy, the zones it applies to and the shift hours are agreed before deployment, and the system supports rather than replaces on-site safety supervision. Gate number-plate recognition, 360° capture, drone integration and BIM comparison are roadmap or project-option capabilities, may be delivered with a partner, and are only committed once the scope is agreed in writing.

07 · Frequently asked questions

Before you ask

Can it be installed on a site with no power or internet?

Yes. The unit can run on battery or solar power with 4G connectivity. AQP surveys the position, the sightline and the signal coverage before proposing an arrangement.

How often are images captured?

The interval is configured per project. Fast-moving works can be captured more densely; finishing stages can be reduced to save storage.

Can the contractor see the whole project?

Only within the scope granted. Each party has its own account and the owner decides which cameras each one can see.

Can the camera move to another site when the project ends?

Yes. The unit is designed to be removed and reused on the next project; the finished project's image record is retained under the agreed retention policy.

Where are images stored, and for how long?

In the cloud, on the customer's own servers, or a combination. Retention is agreed against the project's record-keeping and regulatory requirements.

Can images be exported for the handover file?

Yes. Images and clips can be downloaded with their timestamps for minutes, reports, or payment applications.

Can it connect to the project management software we use?

Integration can go over REST API, webhooks, scheduled image export, or file synchronisation. The specific scope is established after we look at your current system.

How accurate is PPE detection?

Accuracy depends on distance, mounting angle, and resolution. Hard hats and hi-vis vests are reliable once a person occupies enough pixels in frame; harnesses are harder, because they are usually occluded by the body or the structure. PPE cameras are therefore placed deliberately — at the entry gate, the main work face, or at height — rather than reusing the wide progress camera. Alert thresholds, the zones they apply to, and the shift hours are agreed during the survey, and we say plainly which cases the system will miss.

Will PPE alerts flood the safety team?

That is why alerts are bounded by zone and by shift hours: someone crossing the car park outside working time raises nothing. Events are grouped per person and per entry rather than firing repeatedly on the same violation, and the team can take a single end-of-day summary instead of real-time notifications.

Does AQP do 360° capture, drone imagery, or BIM comparison?

These are roadmap capabilities, deliverable per project or through a partner. We will say plainly which parts already exist and which would be bespoke before you commit.

How should we start?

The cheapest way in is a construction pilot: one site, one or two cameras, across a single construction phase. After that you have real data to decide on scaling.
